Short abstract from the book:
Thick-billed murre is an uncommon winter visitor and a rare summer visitor in the Faroes. Thick-billed murre has not been ringed in the Faroes. A nestling ringed 10 August 1968 at Kipako, Upernavik district, Greenland, was shot 23 December 1981 at sea between Nólsoy and Eysturoy, 2,351 km east-southeast of the ringing site.
