Short abstract from the book:
Scaup is a scarce visitor year round in the Faroes and has bred twice. No scaup has been ringed in the Faroes. A scaup ringed on 3 August 1930 in north Iceland was recovered on 25 November 1930 in Sandavágur, Vágar, 655 km SE of the ringing site.
